outlook

fickle thing this program we call outlook. today it went down for two hours but for about 1.5 of that we didn't even know it was down. Here I was happily sending emails and thinking "gosh this is a slow afternoon"...come to find out no one was getting my emails. They were in stuck in no man's land. about 2:30 they all came flooding in. shucks but I thought i might get out early today. boo.
