If there was something to say about taking the CTA during the day, there has to be more to say taking the Metra at rush hour. It will always amaze me what the suburbs can do to people. I wonder if as soon as you move you lose your fashion sense or it becomes ok to dress slutty. does all that open space mess with your mind? I mean, don't get me wrong, I have dressed slutty in my day but that was in my 20s and never a black mini dress, more like trying to show cleavage I didn't really have shirts with black pants. But yesterday on the train there was a plethora of fun peeps. The thing that scared me was the overly tan 40 something woman dressed in a skin tight blue dress with high heels and cleavage a go-go, hair out to boofu, sitting next to the 30something woman wearing the longest most flowery dress you can think of with short sleeves, absolutely no cleavage, tennis shoes and a pony tail. They actually worked together! What are they doing to you out there?
oh adding on... I had an idea. I will call What Not To Wear and just have them pick people from the train. They can't go wrong. (I still want to be on that show... then they can tell in front of all the US and Canada that my clothes don't fit because I gained too much weight. Maybe then my hubby will let me go shopping) :)
