cabbie

so last night I am in a cab on my way to have a drink for M's birthday. I get in and the cabbie immediately says... " i hope you have change"... I say. nope, I only have 20s. he proceeds to talk about it all the way to the bar.. "how much do you think it will be".. (i didn't respond to that one but only thought, you're the cabbie you tell me!).. I finally reach my destination. It was $10.20 or something. He gives me $9 dollars and says, "you are taking all my change, you are only my second customer." Um..don't think it is my responsbility to make sure a cabbie has change. deal with it dude.
