Well it is official. Sadie is walking at 10 1/2 months. Two weeks ago she took her first steps and now she is walking in circles. Granted she falls a lot still but she is definitely walking. She looks a little like a penquin when she walks. It can only get better with age.
As for me, this past weekend was the SHRM, Society of Human Resources Management Conference, in Chicago. I was volunteering there to get credits and mingle with the HR community so it has been interesting. I did register to win an 8 day Tahiti trip ... wish me luck :)
now that I am back in the office I need to get caught up on things.

How random that you ran into Lisa & Maria! Great that you got to go to the conference - I went in 2005 and 2006, and wanted to go this year since it was so close, but once Mel was born couldn't actually picture going up there.
