B thinks facebook is interfering with my blog updates. I think that is baloney. partially because I haven't been on fb in like a whole week. Mostly work has been interfering but alas, the issue I was dealing with for weeks is over so I have some more time now. the past few weeks were CRAZY and not so fun. but anyway, here is an update for the last few weeks. Sadie is growing up a storm. She is now talking like you wouldn't believe. She says I love you, please (peas), thank you, open, up and pretty much anything we can get her to repeat. Its amazing! the rest of the time she talks and thinks she is saying something we just haven't figured out what it means or it is jibber jabber... who knows. The problem is the past week she has also started waking up in the middle of the night to play. She has figured out how to turn her lights on. So I hear her playing, see the light on and know I have to go get her back down. I think its because she is venturing into only one nap a day. We are going to experiment with this. Normally Sadie is a fantastic sleeper so hopefully we figure it out. There are only so many nights where I can wake up at 3am to 'Up, UP UP' and then ' woah'.
It was super cute though the first time she figured out that she was controlling the light. It took awhile for her to flip the switch on and leave it on. She always flipped it back off. The first or second time she flipped it on and left it, all we heard on the monitor was clapping. Sadie was very proud of herself! oh boy.

We moved Drew to one nap just before he turned 15 mos and it has been so much easier to plan things in the mornings and afternoons. He had started crying instead of sleeping during his afternoon naps so we knew it was time to cancel out the morning nap. I bet Sadie will do fine with only one.
