this diet should work

so since yesterday i have lost 3 lbs. taking the invisalign out to eat, brush and then put back in really limits the amount of eating you want to do. your teeth are sore and taking them out is a pain in the butt. but the good news... 3lbs in one day? amazing! granted I know it is water weight but i need to get rid of that too. :)
