zippers and such

i tried to wear the boots my crazed puppy ate the other day. She only chewed the top so I figured, heck that will be covered by my pants. The thing I didn't consider was the zipper. about two hours into my day, my boot felt really loose. I looked down and the zipper was just done for. alas I had to throw them away. Thankfully I left a pair of boots under my desk the othe day when I didn't want to carry them home. Otherwise, my blue tennies might not have looked so nice with my brown pants and sweater vest.
