I almost forgot my password to get into this thing here I call a blog, that is how long it is has been since I updated. my apologies to my avid readers.

quick update:

my parents met the soon to be in-laws over turkey day. all is well and merry. they liked each other. phew. good thing some topics were left under wraps. my mom was on her best behavior. food was spectacular, including the fried turkey. apparently we will be frying another one or two before winter is over. boys.

JAck the dog was over until last night. we had some fun times...the dog just doesn't think he is ina dog. has to be on the couch with you at all times. but that is ok because B and I have decided to get a dog ourselves. woo hoo. tonight might be the night we get some lucky pooch to bring home to us.

the rest of T-day weekend wsa quiet. B's parents left on Saturday afternoon and we just cleaned a little and sat around sunday to enjoy the rest of our vacation. There was some puppy shopping in there but as of yet haven't found one we really love. with the exception of Sierra Nevada, the cockapoo pup i am in love with but is way to expensive. sigh. I even named her after b's favorite beer.

work is still slow, there were a few busy days int here as I was helping another group, but now I am back to slow. good thing, I found some flights for the holidays, have done some shopping online and will continue to order fun presents online till my shopping is done. what a silly thoughts.. is shopping ever really done? didn't think so.

My work holiday party is this saturday so today migth be a dress finding day. then I have to go home and study for my final on SAturday. Wake up, have final, go to party!! woo hoo. talk about a good celebration for completeing my final.
