This weekend Sadie had her first Bears game, on tv that is, her first outing at bowling and her first outing with just mommy. Mommy was a little haggard but Sadie made it through just fine.
I need help with carseat carrying but otherwise I guess the outing was successful. My license had expired on my birthday so I had to go get it renewed. It took a while to get a shower as Sadie was up all day yesterday until I put her in the carseat to leave! I successfully have a new license photo as well as we made it to bowling with everything we needed and 30 minutes to spare. (hee hee spare) Sadie is going through a phase where she wants to be held all day. She will fall asleep while I hold her, as soon as I put her down she is up again. We are working on getting a schedule down so hopefully she will start sleeping through the night then I won't be so tired when I hold her the whole time. I think she is just too hungry at night to sleep through it. We did start putting her in her room now so that is helping me sleep a little as I don't get up to check her as much. I hear her cry on the monitor and can tell which are mid sleep cries and which are feed me now cries. speaking of which there is the feed me now cry .....hm.. 20 min in the swing. not bad. off to feed baby.

do you guys have a baby carrier or sling?? we couldn't live without it. Addi has always been a baby who needs to be held a lot. Plus, I found car seats to be way too cumbersome when I took her on outings. With her facing out in the baby bjorn (once she could hold her head steady) she's always been very happy to go anywhere. She falls asleep in it much easier and it keeps me from getting so tired. I still use it many, many times a day at 7 months. Good luck to you on the schedule :)
