officially weaning again

Well this time I mean it. I was only waiting till we went to Kansas as I didn't know how else to make enough milk to feed the chubber while there. All the milk we have is frozen. once it is defrosted you must use it with in 24 hours so that would help. As soon as we got back from Kansas I started the process. I had already reduced my pumpings to twice a day 7 in the morning and 7 at night. So I can't just eliminate a pump. This time I am reducing the time pumped by 2 minutes each day. Currently I am at 20 minutes a pump reduced from 30. I am still making enough for one feeding so Sadie gets fresh milk every morning. We have started into the freezer stash. We also started solids. By golly she likes oatmeal. we will have oatmeal tomorrow for breakfast again, then we head out to target to get some ready made stuff. I can imagine some day I start to puree my own baby food but for now need to know what she likes before I start spending a weekend day mushing things. Next week we get one full feeding of formula a night, one feeding of solids( or baby solids since in reality they are mush) and freezer milk. Man the life! :)
