The original house b and I found that we liked in the irving park area waaaaayyyyy back last year... is back on the market.... AGAIN. something is either wrong with it or it was meant for us. I asked our realtor to look into what happened to that last buyer. Last time we asked about it, the buyer had a cash offer in November and there was a second back up offer.
