Well yesterday was the test to detemine genetic problems with the baby. Thankfully everyhting came out perfect. When we needed to be high, we were high, when we needed to be low, we were low, when it was in between, we were there! Our chance of having a genetic problem is 1 > 10,000. Great odds. They also told us the chance of miscarriage is .3% so it lookslike this baby could be sticking around for awhile.
the first trimester ends at week 14 so i have 1.5 weeks to go. Originally I thought it was week 12. I was wrong.
UPdate on the sex of the baby:
After yesterday's ultrasound Bryan has now changed his mind and thinks it is a boy.
The ring and string test swung back and forth no matter which way we held it so that indicates the baby is also a boy.
hm....the tides seem to be changing.... we will know more in 7.5 weeks.
