Its Compensation Time

In the world of HR this time of year is hectic. In an HR team where you are only two and a half members for a 700 emloyee company, with a brand spanking new system that no one knows how to use but 1 member (me) of the 2.5 members of your team, it is what can only be described as chaotic. Never fear. I can do battle with my first trimester fatigue and nausea to enter 700 ratings/increases/bonuses all in a days work, with a few naps, quite a few food breaks and a cup of noodles somewhere in there. No but seriously, when you start having dreams about your work, and the dream is about how cold your compensation spreadsheet is and how are you ever going to warm it, things might be a bit chaotic.
